Our Pre-K 4 programs meets 5 times a week Monday-Friday or 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8am-2pm.
Our Pre-K 4 program is for children who are 4 years old (or 3 turning 4 by December 1st). Students enrolled in this program benefit from additional time of growth they need to socially, emotionally, and academically thrive the following year in Kindergarten. Our curriculum includes age appropriate Math, Science, Religion, ELA (Language Arts) and ‘specials’ to prepare your child for Kindergarten. Field trips, interactive and creative activities, and a nurturing faculty make St. John’s Premier Pre-K!
Specials include: Art, Music, Library, and Physical Education
Program Outline:
- Children eat lunch in the cafeteria and have the option to buy hot lunch.
- There are daily specials including Physical Education, Art, Music, and Library.
- Students will receive core instruction in Reading, Math, Science, Social Studies, Religion, and STREAM.
- There are additional enrichment activities on Tuesday and Thursdays
- Daily religious instruction
- Number and letter recognition
- Readiness work
- Quiet/rest time
- Prepares the child for St. John’s all day Kindergarten
- After-school child care program available
